Cancellation policy
(This policy applies if you offer subscriptions, pre-orders, or recurring purchase options through Shopify.)
Subscriptions
If you sign up for a SABE subscription or recurring purchase plan, you agree to the following:
Billing. Your selected payment method will be charged automatically on the recurring schedule at the price displayed at the time of each renewal. Prices and shipping costs may change with reasonable notice.
Managing Your Subscription. You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account at [sabesauce.com/account] or by emailing [support@sabesauce.com].
Cancellation Window. To cancel or skip an upcoming order, you must do so at least [3] full days before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations or changes made after that window will apply to the following shipment, not the one already in fulfillment.
No Refunds for Already-Processed Orders. Once a subscription order has been billed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. All sales are final, consistent with our Return and Refund Policy.
Pre-Orders
If you purchase a pre-order item, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the time of checkout. Estimated ship dates for pre-orders are estimates, not guarantees. Pre-orders may be canceled by the customer for a full refund only before the order has entered fulfillment. Once fulfillment begins, all sales are final.
Right to Modify or Cancel
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or cancel any subscription, pre-order, or purchase option program at any time. If we cancel a paid subscription on our end, we will refund any amounts charged for products not yet shipped.
