Refund policy
All Sales Final
SABE products are consumable food items. For health, safety, and quality control reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any product once an order has been placed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a perishable, consumable food product and waive any right to return the product or receive a refund, except as expressly provided below.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items due to a fulfillment error on our end, we'll make it right. To be eligible for a replacement:

You must contact us at [support@sabesauce.com] within 7 days of delivery.

You must include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product and packaging.
If we determine the product was damaged or defective due to our error, we will, at our sole discretion, send a replacement or issue store credit. We do not issue cash refunds.
We are not responsible for:

Products damaged after delivery (including improper storage, exposure to extreme temperatures, or mishandling by the customer).

Orders refused by the recipient or returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Products lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen after the carrier has taken possession (see our Shipping Policy).

Subjective dissatisfaction with flavor, texture, or personal preference.

Allergic reactions or sensitivities.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it enters our fulfillment queue immediately. We are unable to cancel or modify orders after checkout. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
