Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, sales, or peak periods, processing may take longer. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

We ship via Fedex. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected method. Any duties, customs fees, or import taxes for international orders (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility.

Risk of Loss / Carrier Hand-Off

Title and risk of loss for all SABE products pass to the customer the moment the package is handed to the shipping carrier. Once a carrier accepts a shipment, SABE is no longer responsible for:


  • Lost packages, including those marked "delivered" by the carrier but not received.
  • Stolen packages from porches, mailrooms, or other delivery locations.
  • Damaged packages caused by the carrier's handling.
  • Delayed packages due to weather, carrier backlog, holidays, address issues, or any cause outside our control.
  • Packages affected by extreme temperatures during transit. Because our products are consumable, we recommend retrieving deliveries promptly upon arrival.


If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We're happy to help with documentation where we can — email [support@sabesauce.com] with your order number.


For added protection, we recommend [shipping insurance product, e.g., Route or similar] at checkout, if offered.

Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to a customer-provided address error, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment. If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, we may, at our discretion, issue store credit minus the original shipping cost. No cash refunds will be issued.

Refused Deliveries

Packages refused by the recipient and returned to us are not eligible for a refund. We may, at our discretion, issue store credit minus the original shipping cost.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Refused or undelivered international packages are not eligible for refund.
