A salad so good we named it twice. She will turn a tuna-hater into a tuna-lover.

Ingredients

  • Romaine or arugula
  • High-quality canned tuna
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Dried cranberries
  • Red onions (raw or pickled — follow your heart)
  • Lemon Mustard

Instructions

  1. Start with a base of romaine or arugula in a big bowl.
  2. Pop in your tuna (flavor points if it’s packed in olive oil)
  3. Add feta for saltiness and chopped walnuts for crunch.
  4. Sprinkle in dried cranberries for that perfect sweet bite.
  5. Add red onions for a little zing.
  6. Finish with a generous drizzle of SABE and toss until everything’s coated.
