TUNA SALAD SALAD
A salad so good we named it twice. She will turn a tuna-hater into a tuna-lover.
Ingredients
- Romaine or arugula
- High-quality canned tuna
- Feta cheese, crumbled
- Chopped walnuts
- Dried cranberries
- Red onions (raw or pickled — follow your heart)
- Lemon Mustard
Instructions
- Start with a base of romaine or arugula in a big bowl.
- Pop in your tuna (flavor points if it’s packed in olive oil)
- Add feta for saltiness and chopped walnuts for crunch.
- Sprinkle in dried cranberries for that perfect sweet bite.
- Add red onions for a little zing.
- Finish with a generous drizzle of SABE and toss until everything’s coated.
